A Reddit translation of the Brazil rating of FF16 confirms the game will have the following:

Sex scenes not fully shown Violent content International deaths Torture Drugs Prostitution Sexual content Hate crimes

The Final Fantasy franchise has never been child-friendly but you don’t typically associate it with mature content. FF games are typically T-rated for as long as most can remember. But, the franchise has been starting to push the boundaries in recent years. Case in point, Final Fantasy VII Remake, which was rated “T” by the ESRB, showed alcohol and tobacco use as well as excessive violence. It even hinted at sex trafficking. Not to mention, Cloud Strife and the rest of the crew were actually part of an eco-terrorist group and Shinra literally dropped an entire colony on top of another. Then again, maybe this was always what Square Enix wanted for Final Fantasy. For example, the main antagonist of Final Fantasy 6, Kefka, literally poisoned an entire village, among other things. In any case, this is another topic for another day. The important thing is this: Final Fantasy 16 will be the most mature mainline entry in years, if not ever. Hopefully, we’ll get a glimpse of this in the upcoming presentation by Yoshi-P at The Game Awards on December 8.
