The full patch notes for update 1.31 reveals a healthy mix of quality-of-life upgrades, new activities, bug fixes, and even performance improvements. The latest Red Dead Online update isn’t massive, by any means. Some are complaining that Rockstar should give the game a proper send-off. But, at this point, the majority are happy to take what they can get. If nothing else, giving Rockstar space to work on GTA 6 will help speed up the development of Red Dead Redemption 3, which hopefully comes out before the decade ends, if not the early 2030s. Here are some of the main highlights of RDR2 title update 1.31:

Three new Hardcore Co-op Telegrams: In Bad Faith (1-4 Players) Capture the 7th Generation members and bring them to Skelding’s man Strong Medicine (1-4 Players) Steal the 7th Generation supplies and bring them to Skelding’s man Sow and Reap (1-4 Players) Find the 7th Generation leader and bring him to Skelding’s man New location added to Telegram missions: A One Horse Deal, Rich Pickings, Outrider Four new locations added to two existing Showdown Modes: Hostile Territory and Sport of Kings AMD FidelityX Super Resolution (FSR) 2.0 has been implemented (PC ONLY)

Speaking of Red Dead Redemption, dataminers found evidence of more cut content from its sequel. Also, the voice actor of John Marston recently expressed his interest in reprising his role in a potential Red Dead Redemption remake, which many believe Rockstar has already canceled to focus on GTA 6.
